You can even see Mickey and Goofy.
The water park includes everything from a lazy river, slides coming out of the mountain, pools, hot tubs to a big water jungle feature. And of course there is the beach and ocean too!
We went to the Aloha Stadium Swap Meet today. They are open three days a week. It is a treasure place for bargain hunters. You can find everything including food, clothing, jewelry, purses, and even fabric. Yes!!! My kind of place. You can't beat $3.00 a yard. I found some great fabric. We also met up with Skip and LaDeen today.
We went to Pearl Harbor in the afternoon. The USS Arizona Memorial was established to honor all those that made the ultimate sacrifice. The Japanese bombed the battleship on Dec. 7, 1941. The battleship sank in 9 minutes without firing a shot. A total of 2390 people died on Oahu that day as a result of the attack.
Bridge to Ford Island.
View of Pearl City from the USS Arizona Memorial.
And that's it, another day in Paradise!!!
